Love's A Mystery

This song came spilling out-I did my best to write it down. It's a spring song for sure.

Never knew money, I never knew wealth.

Lived in a forest, all by myself.

I thought I was happy, thought I was free.

Oh, love's a mystery.

They say love's a gamble, they say love's a game.

That it's too hot to handle, and be careful of the flame.

But today is a new day, I'm ready for that flight

Won't you come home tonight?

     Try not to question,

     Set the old fears free.

     It's just a suggestion

     Of how things could be.

     Oh, love's a mystery.

Cool running water, stars up in the sky.

You came when I called you, never asking why.

In the garden of true love, what that means to me,

Oh, love's a mystery.
