Greetings from Chicago! Spring is here - blooming trees adorn the streets - Little League baseball in full swing - and the coldest start in May for the last 25 years. And The Shoemakers have a new date on the calendar. Please come out and catch our next show at Bill's Blues in Evanston. We're playing July 3rd-that's the Thursday night right before the 4th of July holiday. I think it's a very auspicious date and I expect fireworks! The band has been busy-we've got a great new demo that's almost completed-and some new songs. We are ready to celebrate summer with a great show at Bill's. See you there! I love to hear from you...
